  • What should I do before the cleaners arrive?
    To guarantee maximum efficiency, we ask that you pick up any clothing or toys before we arrive. Following through with this request will help both your family and our team ensure that all of your possessions are where they belong. We also ask that you don't have dirty dishes left in the kitchen.
  • Do I need to be home for every cleaning service?
    No. Because we work from 9am to 9pm Monday through Friday, a lot of customers are not at home when we arrive. In most of these cases, our insured house cleaning professionals are provided with a spare key or a house code.
  • What if something is damaged during a service?
    At Jordan Cleaning Service, we treat every single house we clean with utmost respect. If something happens to break during our routine service, we will do our absolute best to repair or replace the item. Our housekeepers are fully insured, so claims can be filed when necessary.
  • What services do you not offer?
    Our cleaning services are designed to keep your home comfortable and clean. We specially plan our cleanings to fit your preferences so you don’t have to worry about paying for a service you don't want or need. To make sure we provide your home with the highest quality of care, we do not at any time: Clean toys Clean inside the fireplace Pick up clutter Wash dishes (exceptions made for Airbnb cleanings) Clean feces, blood or other biohazards Clean outside windows Clean diaper genies Shampoo carpets Clean tile grout
  • Do you clean appliances?
    Cleaning inside the microwave is included in our standard and deep cleanings. We will happily clean the inside of your cabinets, stove and refrigerator upon request.
  • Do I need to provide your team with my own cleaning equipment or supplies?
    No, we arrive with all the cleaning tools we need and take them with us when we leave. We are proud to use the best products to ensure that we leave your home sparkling. If you have any preferences in regards to what products we use, please let us know and we will do everything we can to work with your requests.
  • Do the cleaners go through background checks?
    Yes. All of our employees pass a nationwide detailed background check. Everyone is interviewed in-person as well.
  • Are you ok with pets being in the home during a cleaning service?
    Yes, we are proud to be a pet friendly business. We ask that you find a place for your pet so they're comfortable while we clean. If your pet is aggressive in any way, we ask that you leave them outside or in a gated area to ensure the safety of our cleaners. If you are not planning to be home when we arrive, please inform us on how to appropriately handle cleaning around your pet.
  • What sets Jordan Cleaning Service apart from other maids & house cleaners?
    We hire based on integrity and character. Then our cleaners are professionally trained to work quickly & effectively while paying attention to details. Our housekeepers are bonded, insured, & background checked.
  • What form of payment do you prefer?
    While we accept many forms of payment, cash, checks, and Zelle are the only forms of payment that don't require us to pay a fee, so these three are our favorites. However, we understand that not everybody uses these and we gladly accept PayPal, Cashapp, Venmo, Credit/Debit Card payments (in-person swipe or tap, over the phone, or online).
  • What if I'm scheduled for a cleaning and I have to cancel?
    Life is busy and unpredictable, sometimes things come up. We completely understand this. If you need to skip a service we ask that you let us know 48 hours in advance of your scheduled cleaning. We will always do our best to reschedule your cleaning for a time that is suitable for you. (With less than 24 hours notice, we do charge a $50 cancellation fee.)
  • Are you fully insured?
    Jordan Cleaning Service carries full liability insurance through Farmers Insurance. Our cleaners are covered under our workers compensation insurance by Texas Mutual. Certificates of insurance are available upon request.
  • Do housekeepers accept tips?
    Tips are greatly appreciated, but never required. If you are happy with our service and want to show your appreciation with a tip, the cleaners will be very happy. You can trust that you’ll receive the same high level service either way. Some clients choose to tip after each service whereas others provide a large tip at the end of the year. You can also leave a review on our website or facebook page. We take great pleasure in hearing that our work is appreciated.
  • How often should my house be deep cleaned?
    It really depends on how many people live in the home, how many pets you have, and how well the daily chores are being performed. Some people get a deep clean every 3 months while others do it once or twice a year. For example, a single person with no pets would only need a deep clean once a year.
  • Do you offer discounts?
    Yes, we offer a veterans discount of 5% upon request. We also give discounts to all of our recurring clients. You can see the amount of the discounts on our price menu. The percent off depends on the frequency of your cleanings. Our recurring clients also receive a $25 discount for referrals to their friends, family and neighbors. We occasionally offer discounts and specials on our social media pages, so be sure to follow us on Facebook and Instagram.
